Samsung TV Dropping Internet

Our new Samsung smart TV keeps dropping internet service.  Our Xfinity works with every other device in the house and we have had no problems except for the TV.  We contacted Samsung and they reset the IP address, it works for awhile and then drops again.  Any ideas?  Samsung suggested resetting our internet channel to 11, 6 or 1?? Help!
