Re: xFi Pods keep going offline

Has anybody figured out a fix? I have six pods and removed all of them and tried to reinstall. I get an error message on the app. The folks over the phone tell me tough luck because they can’t help after 30 days. This frustrates me so much I’m actually thinking about moving service providers. I spent all this money on the pods and feel a bit taken advantage of. Any help anywhere?
