I have been trying to work with a client to set up port forwarding rules for their security system on site. We used to be able to log into the modem and perform the task right in the GUI but ofcourse Comcast changes something that wasnt broken to begin with. So I ask...... How do I setup a specific port forward rule for a device that does show in the connected device list but does not show in the port forward list? Its IPV4 so that question is now answered. I have disabled the firewall and set DMZ settings but that doesnt allow access to what I am trying to accomplish. I want the ability to set a specific/custom rule without the need of finding it on the network. Please explain
