I too have an unknown device connected to my gateway, but I don't know what it is. All I can do is pause it but not able to disconnect it.

I have this too, except the network is completely different. Different modem, different MAC address. When I called Xfinity they said to delete the app and then sign in again, but that didn’t work. They claim it’s a glitch in the app but it’s been like this for over a week and nothing’s fixed.

I have 2 devices in my admin only showing up offline and the xFi app hasn’t detected them being on I know at least one is an Xbox.
