Did you get this resolved? I am having this same issue and it’s driving me insane. I’ve called Xfinity over 7 times in the past 2 days and nobody can figure it out. I’m paying a lot for this service and would like to use it to its full extent. Let me know how you managed to resolve this if you did please! Thanks -Jak
