Re: Random people connected

Same. When i called to ask about it I was told I would have to pay $70 for a technician to come to my house to check on it. Seriously!!! I didn’t ask for a new modem you told me I had to get one. They are horrible. Also, my speed went from 150-175 to 15-30 since changing the modem.

Re: Random people connected

I have 22 connected devices and 20 that aren't connected.  I use this iPhone app to verify what I see in xFi matches the app:

@EraStep , @Aronmalave223  have you been able to determine if the connected devices are some of your devices?

If you are sure they are not your devices, please send me a private message with a few of the device names (or MAC addresses) of the devices that are not yours and we can take a look.

Re: Random people connected

You don’t need to pay $70 for a technician you just need to Setup Mac filtering, WiFi encryption (tkip/aes), and a WiFi network pass key. The three of those combined will keep neighbors and people passing by off your WiFi.
