Port Forward has wrong IP Address for Device

I have a Raspberry Pi configured so I can work on development assignments away from home (University, not business). When I add the ports to be forwarded (22, 80, 443), it shows up as "dev-lab", but when the forward is put into the system, it's showing as "10.0.0.82", which the reserved IP for this device is "10.0.0.23", and it ends up saying "No Associated Device".

There is nowhere to manually enter an IP Address (again, why?).

Please let me know how to fix this.
