Pods

When i signed up for the xfi advantage it said i would get free pods. I never got an email about it and i called in about them and been told im not eligable to me this sounds l I'll ke a bait and switch so now im paying for a service and no pods

Thanks for reaching out. A 2 week WiFi assessment is conducted as part of the xFi Advantage package. If the WiFi assessment determines that your home network has coverage issues or deadspots that could be resolved with xFi Pods, then they would be recommended to improve your coverage. However, if your home network is already healthy, Pods could make your WiFi coverage worse. 

 

If you think your WiFi Assessment missed some home network coverage issues, please feel free to send me a private a message and we can look into it.
