What tells you others are using your wifi?  Do any of them appear here?

Thanks for posting to the Xfinity Forums. Are you wanting to disable the Xfinity WiFi Home Hotspot feature so others in the neighborhood are not able to access the hotspot broadcasted from your modem? 

 

We encourage all subscribers to keep this feature enabled as it allows more people to enjoy the benefits of Xfinity WiFi around the neighborhood, but you will always have the ability to disable the Xfinity WiFi feature on your Wireless Gateway by visiting My Account. Click on My Services, and then select Manage your home hotspot under the XFINITY Internet tab. For step-by-step instructions on how to turn the Home Hotspot off or on, follow this link.
