Persistent "No Account" Redirect

I purchased Xfinity internet service on October 5th and have been using my service since. However, when I attempt to login online to view my bill and account information, I get redirected to https://customer.xfinity.com/#/no-account with the message "Thanks for your purchase, Antonio! We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services." How long does this process take? It feels abnormally long, as the email explicity stated "Login to your account and view all of your features."

I am still encountering this message. It's been almost a month. I cannot access any form of support either. I try to get a callback and the page errors out. Chat doesn't load for me either. Afraid to drive all the way to an Xfinity location to be told they can't access my account or do anything. Not entirely sure what to do at this point.
