I connected with Comcast's online chat today to try and find a way to lower my bill. Well, that never happened but I ended up ordering a new digital adapter for one of my TVs. I was on the chat for 1.5 hrs!! When the chat ended I couldn't get anywhere on the internet with my Mac, iPad or iPhone. My husband has a Windows laptop and he too was having problems.
After searching around on the X1 help site (on my TV) I found an area within WiFi help that led me to see these devices were 'paused'. I have no idea how this happened and I was not even aware of it until seeing it today. I unpaused all but am very curious as to why this happened.
It was difficult to resolve things using chat but we were not able connect via phone and scheduling a call back was not working.
