Online activity not showing as Time spent online

Online activity not showing as Time spent online

So my kids have been using several of their compatible devices (like all day long) and I can see the internet activity graph however the Time Spent Online remains 0. I’ve deleted their profile and added them back and reassigned their devices and this did not fix the issue. I spent 1.5 hours talking to 3 different Comcast service reps and none of them knew how to help me.
