No Devices Listed in XFI Browser View

I have a TG3482G router, and the XFI app is not showing any devices connected.  But the router interface on 10.0.0.1 shows the single connected device.

I have disabled WiFi on the router and the only device, my firewall, is connected via Ethernet.  the router is serving DHCP/4 and the firewall is receiving an IP assignement.

Browsing, etc. work well, but I am unable to enable a port forward that I need for my media server.

I'd include screen shots, but it looks like this forum does not support that.

Any suggestions?

I'm having a similar problem.  I upgraded to an XB7 over the weekend.  All of the phones (iOS and Android) are showing up as well as the Roku and Smart TVs.  My Linux server with my son's Minecraft server isn't showing up so I can't port forward to it.  Very weird...

Thanks, but note that I specifically disable the Xfinity WiFi since I run my own firewall behind the cable modem, with my own mesh WiFi on my local network.

Still not seeing the only device connected to the cable modem, so I may have to breakdown and enable UPNP 😞
