Mobile phones say they are paused or in bedtime mode
All of sudden my husband's phone and my phone keep getting kicked off our WiFi and are asked to sign into the network. When we click on it to sign in, it says our device is paused or in bedtime mode but it shouldn't be and doesn't show that they are in the Xfinity xfi app. Why is this happening? It happens sometimes on my Amazon fire TV as well

Could you please send me the device MAC for the devices that are experiencing the pause/bedtime issue via private message?
To find the device MAC, login to xFi >> Select Devices >> Select the device in question >> Select Device Details >> Note the MAC

@ComcastHana I think someone tried to call me but calls get dropped at my work.. is there a way to call them to find out the status of it?
