Laptop is paused/ in bedtime mode, however app says it is not, can't unpause

I accidentally paused my laptop while removing a bunch of unknown devices from my network and now I can't unpause it. On the app it says it is no longer paused but I'm getting the popup when i try to use wifi. I've tried resetting the modem, forgetting the device, spent an hour with a tech on the phone, even went and got a new modem all together and my laptop is still paused. Strangely, I do have internet despite getting the popup that I am paused, however it is extremely slow and not functional.

Thank you for your help, after speaking on the phone my issue has been solved. The modem had to be reset without using the XFi app as it was trying to send multiple signals to my network about whether or not to pause my laptop.
