Issue connecting xFi Pod(s)

Just brought hom the 3-pack of xFi Pods. Followed instructions to setup exactly. Cannot get a pod to connect... frustrated... anyone have an idea ???

Some have said it can take hours before they connect.

Hey there. I have not been able to get them connected. I had a service call into xfinity They told me that the system to register the pods was down and the issue was with the engineering department. Can you help? Thanks!!!
