Installed new xFi Pods today. Everything is super slow.

Installed new xFi Pods today. Everything is super slow.

We just installed a set of three xFi Pods today.  Signal strength is much better but now Interbnet pages won't load and nothing will print.  Our printer is wireless.  These are basically access points.  Do they require a bake-in period while they learn the floorplan?  Is there mor configuration I can do?

Hello. My apologies you are experincing issues with slow speeds but we are here to help! The xFi Pods help eliminate deadspots and enjoy more consistent coverage throughout the home. They are not related to the speed issues you've been experincing. Slowly internet speeds can have multiple reasonings such as : a problem with your modem or router, Wi-Fi signal, signal strength on your cable line, devices on your network saturating your bandwidth, or even a slow DNS server, etc.  Please send me your full name and your Comcast account number in a private message so that we can troubleshoot the issue for you.
