I'd love to unpause

I have a device that will not unpause.  I have tried reassigning it, unplugging it, and restarting my modem.  When I go to the troubleshoot device screen it recommends I unpause it and when I try the three little dots just CAN'T.

Hello. My apologies you're experincing issues with the application with pause/unpause. Would you kindly attempt to pause this device by visiting : xfinity.com/myxFi and see if that helps.
