Home Wifi Assessment for the Wifi Pods

How do I get the home wifi assessment done so that I can get the extender pods?  My interent is horrible since upgrading and I would prefer to not have to pay comcast even more money for the extenders.  Has anyone had any luck with this?

I spent over an hour waiting this morning to talk to someone. FINALLY talked with a representative who was working from home. She gave me this website address to fill out the form to get the assessment done: xfinity.com/wifihomeassessment  HOWEVER, I keep getting an error code. She had said she would call me back later, but as of yet, no return phone call to check on this. I'm beyond upset with the customer service. Yes, I realize they are working from home, but so are many of us. I was told on the 20th that I would qualify for the free pods when I upgraded to xfi advantage, but it seems nobody is helpful. The store won't even let me in the store.

I upgraded my service to Gig Speed when we moved to a new neighborhood. Was told that my house was eligible for free xPods. Answered a text requesting assessment info and shipping address which promised xPods in 2-3 weeks. 8 weeks later I went to Xfinity website to "chat" and asked virtual associate if I could speak to a real person. Real person called and told me Xpods were only free if I upgraded to Xfinity
Advantage. Upgrading still cost me $11.50 a month and now my "free xPods" will be here in a few days.

this is exactly the same for me.  The service agent that came to the house said I would get the free iPods.   I never received them and the assistant said I needed to complete the assessment which can't be found.  I keep getting errors.  And an agent would call me and of course they didn't.  
how do we get what we were promised.  I had to buy the 1000 gig to get te "free" iPods which never came

Same with me. It is very frustrating and they have bad customer service. Don't know who to complain next but I spent already few hours with agents with no results...
