Hallmark App

I have a subscription to Hallmark Movies Now and i can't get it on mt T V . When I go to the App it says Sorry we are having some trouble we are working to resolve this as soon as possiblr . Please try again in a few minutes. I have been checking for way over a week and several times a week. But it is still saying this. Please advise what can be done to resolve this. Thanks a Gayle Towe

I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty with the Hallmark app.  To be perfectly honest with you it does not sound as though that is an issue with Xfinity xFi or your actual internet service.  It sounds like an issue with the app itself.  I would uninstall the app and install it again.   I hope this is helpful, have a great day.
