Gateway closed in my face

I woke up this morning unable to use my internet. When I looked at my settings to connect to my home router a window popped up saying that my device was on “Paused or Bedtime” mode. It gave me instructions to use an Xfinity app to solve the problem but when I started up the app it connected my account to a router I DONT USE, allowing me to monitor the devices of that houses router.
This is hilarious in the darkest sense. I can’t solve my problem with he means that Xfinity presents.
How do I connect the app to MY HOME ROUTER? How do I allow myself to use my own WiFi? Why was my phone put on “paused or bedtime” mode without my permission?
These are questions I never paid for to be asked OR answered, xfinity. But here we are, me having the power to spy on other people’s devices and data usage without even wanting it. Help me solve this problem before legal action takes place. Please?
