I’ve recently moved and moved my services with me. And since moving my Xfinity xFi app has not been working. I’ve been getting a lot of notifications via email of people logging into my account that are not in my home, so naturally I check the app. Now the app no longer works and says “there trouble getting my gateway online”. My cable and Internet work perfectly. When I text customer service I’m prompted with this error code: 6951557695062229:E3200:null Anyone else experience this?
Hi @Shon1222 sorry i have no idea what that error code means. Your xFi app has been working perfect since you moved? Please unintall the app and install it back and then tell me if it works.
