Connectivity issue

Connectivity issue- one my boxes looses connection on a very regular bases. Sometimes I have to reconnect four times in a two hour time period. Yesterday and today it’s not even letting me connect.

What is the device name/description/model number?  Wifi or ethernet?

What exactly do you mean by "boxes" ? Are you talking about cable T.V boxes or an internet modem / gateway device ?

Hi,  Sorry one of the cable boxes has to keep being reset. Is it the one in the living room which is your main box or is it one of the smaller DTA "basic cable boxes"   Your main box shows to be connected and working just fine.  If you are having issues with that cable box then press the A button on the remote control and then click system refresh give it about 10-15 mins and then see how it works for you. If that doesn't work then please let us know and we hope you have a great Memorial day weekend!
