Connected devices

I’m am completely confused. Why does my WiFi show either connected devices as not connected, or not connected for some time that according to that device IS connected to my WiFi?

Hello. My apologies that you are experecning issues with the app. Please attempt to uninstall and reinstall the app and see if the issue repeats itself. If the issue is still present, please attempt to go online and visit the Xfinity xFi Web Portal and see if the issue is there as well. Please visit : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfi-app-and-portal on how to get to Xfinity xFi on a web broswer.

Why does my status page show a Flex streaming TV Box is connected to the network? I'm viewing the status page on my computer in a web browser. When I click the "Troubleshoot" button it indicates that there are no problems. This is odd, since there is no Flex box connected to my network
