Connected devices not showing in Xfi App

I tried to report my problem in an existing thread, but is locked.

This appear a to be known issue that still unresolved by Comcast. That thread  should not be locked, as many people appeared to have the same issue and the assistance provided is with no knowledge of what's the problem.

Of my 28 connected devices only 2 appears as connected in the app, as a coincidence those two that appear connected in Xfi App are the ones that are hardwired to the Gateway. This is an issue that started happening months ago, but most of them appeared connected, since last week only the 2 hardwired connected appear as connected.

All of my devices are connected to our network. Our gateway (XB-7)  firmware is CGM4331COM_4.4p7s2_PROD_sey

I have the same problem. 5 devices connected and all appear not connected including their own streaming device...

Exact same problem. And yes the devices that show connected are the devices that are connected to ethernet ports.
