Connected Devices Not Showing - Redux

There was a topic on this but it was marked as answered so I could not post to the thread.  But it didnt appear to really be answered to me, as people still seemed to be having the issue.  I have only been a customer for 4 days.  Do not have pods.  I have the TG1682 model.  Status was working fine.  Then suddently today it went bonkers.  For example, this laptop I am using is connected with awesome speed, via ethernet, but now it says it is not connected.  Meanwhile a TV and laptop in the other room that are physically turned off say they are connected via wi-fi.  I have tried logging in and out of xFi, that did not resolve the issue.  My cell, also connected and in use right now shows not connected.  My daughter's laptop in other room, actively being used - not connected at all today according to the app.

Wifi devices will always be connected unless you Pause them.
