Cannot update wi-fi password

When attempting to update my wi-fi password via the website, the My Account iOS App, or the xfi iOS app, I am being prompted to upgrade my equipment to "xfi". Following the link informs me that I "Have the Latest Equipment" (Info: ARRIS Group, Inc. TG1682G // Serial #: 10868CEB53EC)

 

The Community Forum Post reads: "If you are experiencing this issue, please continue to report it in the xFi Forum. In most instances, once we confirm the details about your xFi Gateway, we can get it resolved quickly." (from Nov 2017: https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Xfinity-xFi/Update-on-Receiving-an-Upgrade-Message-When-Attempting-to/td-p/2992581)

 

Please advise how to update / change my wi-fi password.

You might need to mention via @name, one of the agents that had assisted in the post you referenced.  This may get their attention and they may respond before your post gets to the top of the queue for agents to see.

Hi @mill67, I just took a look into it and everything appears to be set up correctly right now.

Can you please retry and let me know if you still experience this issue?

I amThanks, @ComcastBrittany. I am ablt to edit on the website, but the mobile app still tells me to upgrade. 

 

This may all be because I am in the middle of relocating from NJ to MA and I am carrying two accounts (temporarily).
