Cannot access to xFi pannel

Cannot access to xFi pannel

I tried to access the xFi web portal,  but it said I need to upgrade to the new equipment. And after I clicked the upgrade button, it told me "You Have the Latest Equipment". 

 

Please, someone, help me.

What is the make and model number of your xFi Gateway?
