Can't Find PS4 Under Connected Devices

I am trying to limit my son's video game playing time but I am unable to find the PS4 under Connected Devices in the XFinity Wifi App, therefore I am unable to unpause/pause it. I do see the PS4 when I go to admin tools (10.0.0.1) but it won't let me manage the device from there because it tells me to use xfinity.com/myxfi, which basically sends me back to my original problem. Please help, thanks!

You might be able to use this on a mobile device to see if the PS/4 appears.
