I have a device that is always getting connected to my Wifi. I do not recognize it and every time i forget device it connects a few weeks later. How can I block the device from connecting to my wifi?

Re: Blocking a device.

I have a similar issue.

Nearest I can tell is you have to go into XFi settings and pause the device.

I had an unknown PC on my network last week, and put it on pause.  It seems to have disconnected ever since as they couldn't reach the internet anymore.

I hope this helps. I wish we had true mac filtering to prevent a device from connecting AT ALL, but this seems the best shot.

Re: Blocking a device.

I have the same issue. Can’t “forget” the device unless I remove it from the network, so I named it, added it to a profile that I named BLOCKED, and paused all devices for that profile. If it disconnects and comes back I’m hoping the system will recognize it and apply the profile’s rule and pause it automatically.

I don’t work for Comcast, just a customer.
