Block all porn websites Please Now
Xfi app not blocking porn
My Xfi app is not blocking any porn websites. I have turned the parental controls to on, restarted the router, tried changing my DNS server on my computer, but no lock. Help, I have young children and a teenager at home and I do not want them visiting porn sites!I
PLEASE Assist ASAP....I do not want any access on my network to these sites...whatever you need to do at Comcast to block access from my network, please get it done. I pay my bills earlier every month in full can you please assist me now, I've caught many times and I'm disgusted each time. I try to block so my family can't access but somehow it's not working.

Comcast doesn’t have the capability to know what sites are visited on your personal equipment nor the ability to remotely block any websites. That’s all done through the end user through parental controls

Laptops, computer hard drives, cellphones, tablets, streaming devices, T.v 's, gaming consoles
I found these inappropriate sites being accessed on cellphones an computers on different occasions, I thought I blocked them but I guessed wrong. So I need help to eliminate the source completely as I pay this bill and it's under my name and I do not condone or have any interest whatsoever in these websites, again I have minor children. In fact some advertisements for these sites would randomly pop on the screen (screen sharing from a cellphone to TV) when it was family movie time, enough said.

No, my question has not been answered. I would appreciate it if Comcast could respond back to me as soon as possible, by removing access to the sites as well as a written response would be very helpful. I'm sure they have access to my account to see they times and the websites names that have been accessed on my account, I give full authorization to have them ALL BLOCKED IMMEDIATELY and no further access available from my network and or router. PLEASE and thank you in advance, I do not pay almost 200$ a month for internet only to have this material available on my network. PLEASE use some of that money to Block all access.....!

How do I sign in the gateway login screen, I see my WiFi network configurations and the home network but I cannot log in? Do I use my xfinity account info I tried but the username stated it was incorrect. Please help i believe you did send me info the right direction, I just need to sign in to the gateway. It states "Please login to view your Wi-Fi passkey or to view and edit detailed network settings."
