Assigning Devices to Profiles

Hello

I've assigned all the devices in my family to the appropriate User Profile however they are not saving.

I've tried several days in a row and each day the devices show up as Unassigned.

Why are they not saving to the profile?

I follow the process and get the Green Check Mark indicating it's done but then they don't save.

I'd like to get everything organized so hoping someone has an answer.

Hello please try to uninstall and reinstall the xFi app back and then try and see if it will assign the devices to each profile. Please click on my name and send me a personal message if that doesn't work with your account number and your full name.  Thanks!

I am experiencing the same thing. I’ve wasted a lot of time organizing devices for a family of 8 and it keeps reverting back to unassigned.

I am having the same trouble with devices losing their assignment. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still won’t let me assign devices that lost their original assignment.
