Active time limits not recording properly
Last month we updated our modem. We were having no problems before that. Now time does not record properly, and is just unlimited for everyone. The kids have a 2 hour limit during the week and today one was online gaming for at least 5 hours and another was watching youtube videos all day. We have bedtime settings turned on and they work great. I can get active time to work for short periods but I have to power cycle the modem, doing a reset won't fix it.
I have talked to four agents and spents hours of time talking to them, but their fix never lasts more than two days. How do I make it work?
