I came home to find all my 2.4ghz devices offline (blink camera, ring2, Sensi thermostat, and Chamberline garage door). When trying to reboot them the apps for all listed could not find my wifi network even though I have SSID on and both 2.4 & 5ghz enabled????? Any help would be appreciated

It appears Comcast has switched to a new way to edit our SSID/paasword.
We can use xFi on the web to do it.

Thank you for your response. Tried that and still nothing. I'm thinking the 2.4ghz antennas were damaged after the recent brown out we had. Im just going to have it replaced or try to get it replaced. Wish me luck w/ customer service.
Gee, that's very helpful. So, why don't I see the ability to set different names for the different bands. Is it the model of my Gateway?
Located the problem. It turned out my 2.4ghz antennas were prob damaged by the brown out. I exchanged xfi router gateway and all is fixed.
