If you have xFi Pods, you have one SSID for both bands.

You can separate them here:

https://customer.xfinity.com/#/settings/security#username-password

If you do separate them the pods will no longer work.

Most 2.4 Ghz devices should work when the SSID is the same for both channels, but apparently there are a few that somehow see the 5Ghz side and attempt but fail to connect.
