xfinity beta can't be accessed on ROKU
I had a tech install a new modem yesterday and now get an error message -- "can only access xfinity stream on your in-house Xfinity WiFi".....which I am using but must not be recognized.
Error createDrmSession.403-102
Ideas?

it can take up to 24 hours for all the back office databases to become updated to the new modem. check the my account app, internet tab, and select the gateway/modem. compare the 'serial number' shown with the numbers on the new modem. do they match character by character?
