restarting

If I stop watching a show and come back later to continue, it always makes me start back at the beginning. How can I start where I left off?

I went in and out of an On Demand program and it picked up where it left off. I even stopped the app and started it again on my iPhone 7. What device do you have?

sometimes that happens if the stop function is not selected. if pause 'times out' most of the time i've seen that issue.
