live stream

I am paying for basic local TV along with internet. I do not have a TV, but am buying service for live stream access to ABC, NBC, and FOX. CBS requires payment to their All Access platform. Last week, I began getting the message "This channel is not part of your service"  from FOX, ABC and NBC. But I am paying for it. So what is going on?

I did recently return the TV connection box, because I'm not using the box itself, just the ability to stream local TV. What is going on?
