I get this message when trying to sign-on to the internet -
ftde.provision.accountMismatch
I am told to sign-off and the problem will be fixed when I sign-on again. I am using the same ID and Password as was used yesterday and there were no problems yesterday.
I am using Windows 10 Home and connected to the internet with Chrome.

call 800-Comcast and select billing. ask the agent to fix your username/password to point only to your current account number/address.
