cannot support high speed data, requires video subcription
xfinity stream was working this AM, was prompted to change password by xfinity. Password changed and now xfinity stream gives error about not supporting high speed data requires video subscription. Have triple play. Have uninstalled app on roku, chatted with xfinity to no avail, they did what they could, elevated to tier 2 ticket, reset roku. All started after changing password. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also has error code createDrmSession.NA in lower right hand corner of screen
