Xfinity streaming no longer working

Xfinity streaming no longer working

Hi

 

As of today on all of my mac computers I can no longer stream TV and I get the following error when logging in : 

 

Error ftde.provision.accountMismatch

 

streaming on my iPad through the Xfinity app seems to still work but on both my Mac computers I get the above error. I have tried logging out and back in as suggested when the error occurs but still not working.

 

Any help appreciated

Yes, I am using the same ID and password on all devices. This was all working fine until yesterday

Call 1800comcast ask for Billing and explain your issue.
