Xfinity stream has stopped working on Samsung Smart TV

Xfinity stream has been working fine for months then today it just quit. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app and I’ll I get is the xfinity stream loading screen. It’s stuck there and will not progress. I’m not sure what else to try.

Same. A simple streaming app shouldn't be this difficult. There are numerous streaming apps out there that haven't had half the issues this one has.

Hi cmsaad,
There was a temporary issue reaching one of the services required for app navigation and to watch content, which has since been cleared up.  If you relaunch the application you should now be good to go.  Sorry for the interruption, and happy streaming!

Streaming stopped on my Samsung yesterday. Call to Comcast produced no results, the CS rep transferred me to Samsung!  I don't like paying for something I'm not getting.

It would be nice if the people we speak to at customer service would be made aware of that so we are not sitting here trying all different things none of which will work!

It’s still not working. I supposedly have An open ticket with Comcast. Now it will allow me to authorize and gives the code but once I enter the code it comes back with a try again error and code tvapp-00100
