Xfinity beta app on Roku :subscribe to channels

I’ve installed app and uninstalled app, rebooted Roku and I cannot watch any channels live or streaming. The only options any channel I try to watch says subscribe, record or series info.

Kellone, thanks for reaching out here! I would be happy to help with the stream issues you're running into. Is this same thing happening on other devices or just the Roku?

No also happening on iPad. I’ve restarted modem and still not working, tells me I need a subscription.

I am having the same issue. I have been using Roku with Xfinity Beta for about 8 months. Suddenly i can't watch any channels. The only options are Subscribe and Series Info. How was this issue resolved previously?
