use a desk/laptop and try to access your stream. also, try a smart phone/tablet. do they work normally now while the Samsung will not work? Have you used the Samsung remote to update the TV's firmware (needs access to your internet)? you may have to do it a few times until no update is available.
EDIT: combined your cross-posts.

try this before asking to update back office databases (step after this). go to your TV's menu using the TV remote and find the update firmware (of the TV) menu and update it over and over until there are no updates to install. Then using the TV remote, remove the Xfinity Stream app. then unplug the power (not just turn off) the TV for 3-5 minutes (longer the better) so a reboot of the TV can clear memory/cache. after turning the TV back on reload the Xfinity Stream app and sign in. be sure to accept the terms and conditions. working?

There is an issue in a database. call 800-Comcast, select tech support for cable TV. ask the agent to transfer you to the app support team. ask the team member to reprovision your streaming device entitlements. if someone talks about sending a hit to your home equipment they do not understand. this is for app/streaming website. if the team member seems confused ask for a supervisor. Unfortunately it is sometimes quite difficult to get to the app support team. If you are unable or unwilling to try let us know and we'll try to get an official employee on this forum to assist you.
