So we have Xfinity stream 10+ And HBO that we purchased and watch via the Xfinity app on our Roku. All of a sudden lately it doesn’t show up for recording and when we go to live TV we have no channels. A couple days ago we called and they sent something through the system to reset it and the channels showed up again, but only briefly. Now a day later we go to the saved recordings and nothing is showing up as being recorded and when you got a live TV there’s an error message saying it doesn’t have any channels. Ideas?
