Xfinity Stream Beta App

I have been trying to run the beta app on 3 of my Samsung TV's.  Keep getting "this device can only access Xfinity Stream on your in-home Xfinity network." All TV's are connected to the box the technician installed when he connected my new TV and Internet service 8 months ago!  I can get Netflix, Sling, Amazon Prime to work great!  I purchased a Roku stick today.  I was able to download app but getting the same error message.  I've talked with so many people at Xfinity and nobody can help!

please run the xfinity myAccount app on a smart phone/tablet. go to the internet tab and select your modem/gateway. is only one listed? compare the 'serial number' with the tag on your gateway (HFC MAC address). is it hte very same when compared character by character?

Thanks for the reply.  There's a S/N and a CMAC number on the box.  The app and CMAC number are identical.

To add to the issue.  I have two xfinity accounts that were sharing the same email address.  Yesterday, an agent had me change the email address on the account I am having stream issues with.  It did not correct the issue
