Wrong DVR Account Displayed Online

When I log into Xfinity Streaming online through my laptop, the account information belongs to someone else.   The DVR recordings, scheduled recordings, favorites, etc are not mine.    I am not able so see who they belong to but they are not mine.    This really causes me concern about the security of this Comcast Service.   I called, reset my password, and nothing changed.    They gave me a reference number but no explanation of the problem or timeframe for fixing it.    Has anyone else experienced this?   I searched and found a few previous reports of this problem, but the conversations were locked for some reason.

moved your post to the stream website area of the forum. are you connected to your own home wifi? when you use a smart phone/tablet on the same account while connected to your own home wifi, does it show your channels and recordings?

Yes, everything has worked just fine after I cleared all the Cookies from my Chrome browser.
