Why only 4 movies showing on cloud dvr?
I've looked this up and I think found half of an answer, but not fully. We only show 4 movies and one tv eposide (for a total of maybe 12 hours of programming) in our cloud dvr available to stream. We are NOT using an app, this is through the streaming on the xfinity site. On our DVR, we are nearly full. I understand the cloud should only show the most recent 60 hours, but it does not. I also understand that sometimes it has to be reset to sync, I actually did that (not for this purpose) about a week and a half ago. I completely unplugged it and let it be off for a couple minutes and plugged it back in. There is not app to delete on my device, as I'm on the website.
How do I get the cloud storage to show the full 60 hours?

the server has no 'sync' as it is not connected to anything other than itself.

when you record, both the home DVR and the cloud DVR server record the shows. they are totally separate. the home DVR does not create/share the recording to the cloud. in fact, you can unplug your home DVR and the cloud DVR wil still record. the cloud DVR just has your most recent recordings. as you watch them and delete them, the older shows do not 'come back' it just makes more space available.
