i am unable to sign into the WATCH ESPN app on my iphone it shows "Access to this content requires a television subscription. Please contact your TV proider to subscribe". I deleted the app and reinstalled on numerous occasions. I have teh correct username and password and it still gives me that error message.
I haven't had any trouble using the Watch ESPN app on my ipad while at home and logged on to comcast, but now I'm trying to use while in Scotland and I'm getting the "unable to play video" error. Do I have to be physically connected to comcast server for this to work? Seems like that would defeat one of the primary advantages of the app.
No Comcast streaming channels, Partner networks or shows stream outside the US.
Since upgrading my iPad to iOS7, all channels in the watchESPN app say that I am not authorized and that it is unable to play video and to contact my provider. the watchESPN app still works fine on my iPhone (also upgraded to iOS7) and I can watch all ESPN channels on my TV as well as using my computer at ESPN.com. I have deleted the app from my iPad and reinstalled it. Still doesn't work. Logged out of the app then back in. Still doesn't work.
I cannot get any ESPN channels using WatchESPN app. On my Kindle Fire. I always get a FREAKIN error message: you are not authorized with your current subscription, please contact your tv provider.

I am having this issue also. I have downloaded the app again, hard and soft rebooted the iphone but still no luck.
When I use data services through my telecom provider...that video plays successfully withouy any issues. Only when using the wifi through Xfinity Comcast, the video does not play.
Any suggestions/solutions would be really helpful.
