Unable to use Xfinity Stream on laptop.

I have been having spotty issues with accessing streaming services on my laptop for a little while now and it seems that I have lost all capability of streaming TV. When I click on the app, it loads for a little while then gives me one of the two error codes below. I've tried to access the site on google chrome (while turning on flash in my address bar) and on safari. I use a macbook pro on my home Wifi. The app on my phone works just fine. I have also talked to customer service and have not had it fixed because the agent was not given any troubleshooting information for laptop browsers. Any help would be a dream come true. 

 

Edit: in case picture are unable to be seen the error codes are "Error ftde.getSamlToken.503" and "Error TVAPP-00115"

were you at home connected to your own home wifi? what were you attempting to watch?

yes connected on home wifi and trying to watch live tv (football specifically) but cannot make it past clicking the TV icon in the upper left hand corner of the home page or any link that relates to streaming.

are you trying to use a VPN? did you change your DNS server addresses? are the DNS server addresses the normal xfinity addresses? (75.75.75.75 and 75.75.76.76) Are you trying to use incognito browser session? are you on the windows 10 operating system?
